You may have seen the acronym GRACE as God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense. Grace is also God’s unmerited favor, or God doing for us what we cannot.
I find grace overflowing with God’s love, joy, peace, blessings, mercy, power, provision, protection, and wisdom. Thank You, Jesus!

Where did I find God’s love and favor—His abundant grace—this week?!
This week felt a little slower-paced, but that was a relief.
On Sunday, Lydia and I served in the Oasis (older adults ministry) at church. We’ve been helping for a few months and really enjoy it! We set the tables, help prep the food, and more. We have been invited to join them for the meal, and it is fun getting to know the people who come. Then, we typically help clean up afterward. This week, the meal was a potluck of various soups, cornbread, and a few desserts. Delicious!
My church class met on Monday, and we had a really good time. We talked about evangelism. It does not need to be as scary as it seems! Basically, we can just get to know people, encourage them, and share Jesus when we have the opportunity. We don’t have to have all the answers or debate people!
Work went well, and I had some easier patients this week. So, that made the charting a little better (and quicker)! Thus, I had time to work on some projects, which felt good. I also had fun teaching a class. We celebrated a coworker’s birthday with cookies, too!
Yesterday, after work, I went to the bookstore and did some continuing education. I got a coffee and spent a couple of hours learning about nutrition to help prevent muscle loss as people age. 🙂
Today, I was on-call and did go into work for a couple patients. Then, I did some studying and the usual Saturday things, such as cooking and making some calls. I also caught up on some podcasts and shows. It was good to relax after a busy few weeks!

These are only a few examples, but God’s grace never runs out!
There’s grace in every situation—we just need to look for it. God promises if we seek Him, we will find Him (see Jeremiah 29:13)!
